Η Erasmus+ Ανταλλαγή Νέων "Initiate" πραγματοποιήθηκε από τις 6 έως τις 17 Μαρτίου 2022 στα Καρπάθια Όρη της Ρουμανίας.
Θέμα της ανταλλαγής ήταν η εκπαίδευση των νέων σε θέματα επιχειρηματικότητας, η απόκτηση νέων γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων μέσα από εκπαιδευτικές δραστηριότητες βασισμένες στην μη τυπική εκπαίδευση. Στο πρόγραμμα συμμετείχαν νέοι από την Κροατία, τη Ρουμανία, την Ελλάδα, τη Λετονία και την Πολωνία.
Το πρόγραμμα διοργανώθηκε από τον εταίρο μας στη Ρουμανία Pro Civis Dorna και συγχρηματοδοτήθηκε από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.
Η ελληνική dreamteam που συμμετείχε στο πρόγραμμα μας μεταφέρει την εμπειρία της:
"Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που συμμετέχω σε πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ και ήταν μια εμπειρία που σίγουρα θα ξανά αναζητήσω! Κατά τη διάρκεια του project, αναπτύξαμε δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και κοινωνικοποίησης, δημιουργήσαμε νέες φιλίες και ταυτόχρονα αποκτήσαμε αρκετές γνώσεις πάνω στο θέμα της επιχειρηματικότητας.
Επισκεφθήκαμε τοπικές επιχειρήσεις και είδαμε από κοντά το τρόπο εργασίας των ανθρώπων σε ένα εντελώς διαφορετικό περιβάλλον από αυτό που γνωρίζουμε στη χώρα μας. Με τη συνεργασία μας σε ομαδικές δραστηριότητες με φοιτητές από ξένες χώρες, μάθαμε ότι υπάρχουν απεριόριστοι τρόποι να κάνεις πράξη μια ιδέα και να την αναπτύξεις μελλοντικά σε κάτι κερδοφόρο!"

"I really enjoyed this project; I had a lot of fun and I learned a lot of new things at the same time. Through the activities I learned more about the entrepreneurship and the time management and organization methods. I worked in team a lot, we exchanged opinions and I practiced public speaking.
Also, I learned about myself through self-reflection and I understand my abilities and my weaknesses. I really enjoyed that we were working in different teams in each activity and we were having the chance to meet all the people of the project. I became more sociable and confident and I stepped out of my comfort zone. Personally, I was doing well with all the people from the project and I am so happy I met such great people from different countries, even if I didn’t had the chance to meet all of them that well. Also, in most of the teams that I had to work with, the people were very helpful and we were achieving good results without any difficulties. In my opinion, the trainers did a very good job, the project was very organized (for example with the time and the excursions). I am very satisfied with the hostel that we were staying in, as it was clean and warm every day and also with the food that we were having. Overall, my experience in this project was incredible and I feel so lucky that I was a part of it."

"During the days at the initiate program, I learned many things about entrepreneurship.
First of all, there are a lot of skills an entrepreneur must acquire, such as time management, being creative, having leadership skills, and being open-minded. We did many activities to understand better the importance of being a good entrepreneur. The goal of some of the activities was to make us act more strategically, and learn to be more punctual in our daily routine. The most exciting part was that the teams were not divided based on the nationality of each member, but with innovative ways to be able to interact with people from different countries. As a result, we had impactful dialogues with individuals from other parts of the world, and we were able to see other perspectives on specific topics.
The hospitality of the people at the hotel was heart-warming. They took care of us in the best way possible. All the foods were delicious, they had vegetarian choices for the people who didn't consume meat and I tried the best soups I have ever tasted. As for our trainers, Catalina and Adrian were always on our side when we needed something, we extended our knowledge to the subject of entrepreneurship because of them. They knew the exact way to explain all the tasks and how to manage situations when we were not that obedient. In conclusion, it was the best experience in my life for various reasons, and I'll surely try to be part of this program again shortly."

"Στο συγκεκριμένο πρόγραμμα έχω μάθει αρκετά πράγματα όπως το time management που δεν είχα ιδέα τι ήταν πριν το project, έκανα νέους φίλους από διάφορες χώρες της Ευρώπης με τους οποίους είχαμε πολύ ενδιαφέρουσες συζητήσεις, είχαμε την ευκαιρία να συνομιλήσουμε με 4 διαφορετικές επιχειρήσεις και να μάθουμε την επιχειρηματικότητα στον τομέα τους και επίσης κάναμε hiking στο πανέμορφο και χιονισμένο Vatra Dornei.
Το project αυτό ήταν μια μοναδική εμπειρία και θα μείνει αξέχαστο στην μνήμη μου."

"The first moments we arrived at Vatra Dornei I was feeling that I was in a room with strangers. 10 days later when I had to say goodbye to them, I was feeling that I was saying goodbye to my family. We all have been through an intense experience that we learnt a lot about ourselves and about the world. We may come from different cultural backgrounds but in the end we discovered the things that connect us and up to a point we can see this world under the light of a more open minded perspective.
The activities were very interesting and interactive. Everyday we had a fixed schedule and we learnt a lot of things through non formal methods (games, debates, theater etc.) Both the organizers and the personnel of the hotel helped us to feel like home!
Of course we owe the insights of this project to non formal education methods and to a wide palette of activities such as icebraking games, team building activities, strategic games, intercultural nights, video making and much more. Thank you Dream team and Asociatia DGT for this amazing opportunity!! "

"I can certainly say that by the time I got back, I had more confidence to initiate my ideas and turn them into reality. Other than that, erasmus+ exchanges are a great way to meet people with common interests and more importantly the space created by everyone is a safe space where one can feel free to be themselves. The latter is of high value because it leads the way of self understanding and self improving.
More specifically in this program, there was off time from work where there was organized hiking and sauna nights. I have to note though that the workload we were assigned didn't feel so heavy due to the interactive ways of learning and teamwork projects.
All in all, I believe that erasmus+ is a great experience and anyone with the opportunity should take this chance and just go for it!!"
