που ενδιαφέρονται να βελτιώσουν τις δεξιότητες και τις γνώσεις τους
στο θέμα της επιχειρηματικότητας.
Καλύπτονται 100% διαμονή και διατροφή (3 γεύματα τη μέρα)
και εισιτήρια έως το ποσό των 275 ευρώ.

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Through a non-formal working methodology based on informal speeches, workshops,
round-tables, and creative recycling, we want to promote self-empowerment, i.e. the promotion of values such as the spirit of entrepreneurship, communication and creative skills, critical and problem-solving skills. solving, all useful skills to enter the world of work or to develop your own business idea.
Υoung participants will:
- increase their intercultural knowledge, interact with culturally different young people, learn to confront and accept their diversity;
- learn to critically analyze problems, in our case the lack of work in our two countries
and the NEETs and learn to find probable solutions;
- improve their knowledge of their English;
- improve their skills in managing activities with a non-formal working methodology.
ΜΑΙΝ ACTIVITIES:
The activities foreseen in the agenda will be, the first two days, knowledge of fears and expectations about the project.
Following:
> workshop, speeches in groups, to tackle the unemployment and NEET problem in our countries and try to understand probable causes and consequences;
> creative recycling activities that will enhance our creativity and initiative to develop new design ideas;
> role-playing games and workshops to promote attitudes such as positive thinking, problem-solving, critical thinking;
> Swot analysis to learn how to develop initiative skills and, consequently, planning and critical evaluation of one's own business idea;
> activities on how to write a CV correctly and on how to best present yourself for an
interview;
> verbal daily assessments and the final one, individual and written, to become aware of one's own growth path.
All activities will be carried out with a non-formal and informal methodology that will have a strong impact for young people as learning will be the consequence of active participation.
Accommοdation:
We will stay at Associazione Pro Loco San Teodoro located at via dei Marchesi 1 - city of San Teodoro (Sicily). The accommodation will be in a big house with bedsheets already provided. Participants should bring their own towels.
3 meals included: breakfast, lunch and dinner + water.Important! DON'T FORGET YOUR SWIMMING SUIT!
