Συμμετέχοντες: 4 άτομα 18+ ετών που εργάζονται με νέους και με εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχα προγράμματα
Η ανταλλαγή συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ τηςΕυρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και καλύπτει στους συμμετέχοντες διαμονή, διατροφή (3 γεύματα την ημέρα) ΣΥΝ ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 309 ευρώ.
Μετά την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος οι συμμετέχοντες θαλάβουν πιστοποιητικό Youthpass.
Ατομική συνεισφορά: 40 ευρώ

🎯 PROJECT AIM & OBJECTIVES:This training course brings together dedicated youth workers from 7 partner organizations with a shared mission: to reimagine how we educate, inspire, and support young people while gaining insights into growth mindset, learning agility, educational neuroscience, and personalized learning strategies. And here’s the best part: You won’t just be absorbing theory. You’ll be actively applying new concepts, reflecting on your own learning processes, experimenting with strategies, and designing practical tools to implement in your work. This is a hands-on, minds-on experience where you’ll gain direct insights into how learning happens and how to enhance it for yourself and others.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE:- 18 years old+ (no age limit)- with previous experience in youth field, non-formal education, Erasmus+ Programme is required (recommended minimum 2-3 years experience- minimum requirement is English IntermediateVENUE:We will be staying in Bucharest, at Campus Vitan Village, in double rooms. Each room has its own bathroom, a small fridge, a microwave. In the same building you have a special room where you can make a tea in the evening and play some board games. In front of the building there’s a mini-park where you can stay until late. The space has security and the access is limited only to residents.
And here’s the best part: You won’t just be absorbing theory.
