Συμμετέχοντες: 6 άτομα 22+ που εργάζονται με νέους Η κινητικότητα συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ τηςΕυρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και καλύπτει στους συμμετέχοντες διαμονή, διατροφή (3 γεύματα την ημέρα) ΣΥΝ ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 395 ευρώ.
Ατομική συνεισφορά: 40 ευρώ

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:Communication by Connection is a beginner-level training course designed for youth workers who want to strengthen their communication and facilitation skills while learning how to create safer, more inclusive environments for young people.Throughout the training, participants will explore topics such as discrimination, communication styles, conflict management, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC), using a combination of experiential learning, practical exercises, peer exchange, and reflection.
The training course will take place from 12 to 21 August 2026, including 2 travel days and 8 full working days.
The group present at the activities will consist of 30 youth workers from 5 countries: The Netherlands, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and Italy. 
VENUE:We will stay at the magical space of Olde Vechte Foundation, an international training center located in the green surroundings of Ommen. All meals will be served at the venue and prepared by our chef throughout the duration of the training.Participants will be accommodated in shared rooms of 2-3 people, with shared bathroom facilities. Bed linen is provided, you should bring your own towels, toiletries and personal hygiene products.The venue address is: Olde Vechte Foundation, Zeesserweg 12, 7731 BG Ommen, The NetherlandsOfficial website: https://oldevechte.com
