Συμμετέχοντες: 4 youth workers 18+ που εργάζονται με νέους.

 

Η κινητικότητα χρηματοδοτείται από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ της

Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και καλύπτει στους συμμετέχοντες 

διαμονή, διατροφή (3 γεύματα την ημέρα) 

ΣΥΝ ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 309 ευρώ.

Ατομική συνεισφορά: 30 ευρώ (σε περίπτωση που επιλεγείς).

Δηλώσεις συμμετοχής έως 7 Nοεμβρίου.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project focuses on strengthening the competences of youth workers through the use of gamification as an innovative, practical and sustainable approach in youth work.

The project brings together youth workers from EU countries with different levels of experience – from those who are relatively new to gamification to those already using game-based methods – and creates a space for learning, experimentation, exchange of practices and international cooperation.

Participants will explore how and why gamification works and how game mechanics can support learning, motivation and participation in youth work.

Project objectives:

- Improve youth workers' competences in applying gamification within non-formal education and their everyday work with young people;

- Create opportunities for participants to exchange existing games, methods, experiences and good practices from their organisations and countries;

- Jointly develop a practical Handbook on Gamification in Youth Work, based on methods and activities explored and tested during the training;

- Build a sustainable international network of youth workers and organisations for continued exchange of practices and future cooperation.

Profile of Participants:

- Over 20 years old, actively involved in working with young people. 

- Youth workers, trainers, project leaders, mentors, facilitators, volunteering coordinators and community activists interested in gamification and non-formal education.

During the project duration the participants will be offered accommodation in the hotel in shared rooms of 2 or 3 people.

They will be provided with 3 meals and 2 coffee breaks per day, workshop materials etc.

Towels, sheets and toiletries are available at the hotel.

Η δράση συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και καλύπτει στους συμμετέχοντες  διαμονή, διατροφή (3 γεύματα την ημέρα)  ΣΥΝ ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 309 ευρώ ή 417 ευρώ για πράσινη μετακίνηση*.

*To qualify as Green Travel under Erasmus+, participants must use low-emission means of transport (such as bus, train, bicycle or car-pooling) for the majority of their journey (more than 50% of the total travel distance).
