"Youth is healthy"

Που; Timisoara, ROMANIA

Πότε; 9-16 September 2021 

Συμμετέχοντες: 4 άτομα 18-27 ετών 

Καλύπτονται 100% διαμονή & διατροφή (3 γεύματα τη μέρα)
και εισιτήρια έως το ποσό των 275 ευρώ. 

.

Main objectives:

1. Raising awareness for 35 young people about the effects of unhealthy eating, the benefits of healthy eating and sport.

2. Developing knowledge about what a healthy lifestyle is and how habits can be adopted by 35 young people.

3. Promote healthy lifestyle principles and raise awareness among young people.

We will cook, learn, do sports and physical activities!

35 Participants from Romania, Greece, Turkey, Netherlands, Latvia, Italy, Portugal

Pensiunea Andronic, Strada Ion Slavici, Nr 75, Timișoara, Romania

IMPORTANT! 

🥑 Breakfast and lunch will be only vegetarian during the whole project. This project aims to give a culinary alternative experience. :)

Participants will cook their own dinner supervised by an experienced chef and nutritionist.
