"NO LIMITS"

Συμμετέχοντες: 6 άτομα 18 έως 30 ετών 

ΣΥΝ ένας αρχηγός ομάδας

Η ανταλλαγή συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και καλύπτει στους συμμετέχοντες διαμονή, διατροφή (3 γεύματα την ημέρα) και τα έξοδα ταξιδιού μέχρι το ποσό των 360 ευρώ.

Μετά την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος οι συμμετέχοντες θα λάβουν πιστοποιητικό  Youthpass.

MAIN OBJETIVES

- To raise awareness about the benefits of having a healthy lifestyle.

- To practice and to enjoy outdoor activities.

- Acquiring practical skills in promoting an active lifestyle.

- To develop self-esteem and personal empowerment in all facets of life through sports.

- Improving soft skills and communicating on this topic with their peers in a multicultural context.

- To develop an eco-conscious and promote a green lifestyle.

PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES: 

Spain, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Italy and Portugal

LOCATION:

The project will take place in the natural paradise of Asturias. We will move around Asturias to enjoy the diverse natural places: National Park of Picos de Europa, northern coast of Spain, natural park, outdoor nature, etc.

We will stay in Con, Asturias at "Albergue Palacio de la Teyeria". The place is surrounded by nature, very close to the national park picos de europa and the coast, an incredible place.

EQUIPMENT: 

It is necesary and IMPORTANT to have clothes for hiking, remember to bring: Hiking boots, sleeping bag, raincoat, comfortable clothes, backpack, towel, swimwear, reusable water bottle.

IMPORTANT!!

To apply to participate in the project you need to have the highest motivation, as well as the desire to learn and teach others.

Is required a 100% commitment to participate in all the stages of the project: preparation, implementation and dissemination.

Come only if you are truly interested in an active project, full of sports activities, personal growth, achieving the best version of yourself and pushing your limits.
