"Heroes of planet Earth"

Συμμετέχοντες: νέοι 18-30 ετών 

συν 1 αρχηγός ομάδας 18+ 

με εμπειρία σε ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα Erasmus+

Η ανταλλαγή συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και καλύπτει στους συμμετέχοντες διαμονή, διατροφή (3 γεύματα την ημέρα) 

ΣΥΝ τα έξοδα ταξιδιού (μόνο green travel!)

μέχρι το ποσό των 275 ευρώ από Αθήνα/ 180 ευρώ από Θεσσαλονίκη.

Μετά την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος οι συμμετέχοντες θα λάβουν πιστοποιητικό  Youthpass.

Ατομική συνεισφορά: 40 ευρώ

ABOUT THE YOUTH EXCHANGE:

"Heroes of Planet Earth" is an innovative Erasmus+ project aimed at addressing a critical and pressing challenge that young people face today: the escalating environmental crisis. 
The "Heroes of Planet Earth" project seeks to bridge this gap by providing young participants with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to become agents of change. 
The main objective of the "Heroes of Planet Earth" project is to empower and inspire young participants to become effective climate change advocates, equipped with the knowledge and determination to drive impactful action towards a more sustainable future.

The sub-objectives of the project are:

- Inspire participants to adopt sustainable practices 
- Enhance participants' understanding of climate change
- Integrate informative sessions into the campaign to raise awareness about the impact of pollution on ecosystems and public health
- Encourage participants to organize local cleaning events, collaborating with community members, schools, and local authorities
- Equip participants with skills to visually communicate environmental messages through compelling photographs and videos
- Guide participants in understanding and applying the principles of the 5Rs (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rot) as a holistic approach to reducing pollution
 

IMPORTANT! The project covers ONLY green travel, meaning you must travel to the venue of the project only by bus.
