Συμμετέχοντες: 5 άτομα 18-30 ετών συν 1 αρχηγός ομάδας 18+ με εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχα προγράμματα
Η ανταλλαγή συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ τηςΕυρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και καλύπτει στους συμμετέχοντες διαμονή, διατροφή (3 γεύματα την ημέρα) ΣΥΝ ταξιδιωτικά έξοδα έως 275 ευρώ.
Μετά την επιτυχή ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος οι συμμετέχοντες θαλάβουν πιστοποιητικό Youthpass.
Δηλώσεις συμμετοχής έως 20/3/2024..PROJECT DESCRIPTION:The project Active ME is a youth exchange supported by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union that will raise awareness among young people of the importance of including sports and recreational outdoor activities in their lives, emphasizing their positive impact on a healthier lifestyle.
Both non-formal education methods in multicultural contexts, as well as practical activities (hiking, rafting, adventure park, zip-line, etc.) will be used to teach young people by experimenting.
We will use non-formal methods for learning and developing certain abilities and attitudes: getting to know each other games, ice-breaking games, trust building and team building games, physical exercises and hiking, interactive presentations, group research, generating and visualizing ideas in creative ways, experiential learning through practical activities, theater, cultural exchange, analysis, reflection, evaluation and self-evaluation.
Participating countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Greece, Czechia, Italy, Portugal.

VENUE:The venue will be Siady Guesthouse, near Vatra Dornei, a picturesque mountain resort in the North of Romania. We will be close to nature, but also with the benefits and the comfort of modern life. Here are links to the website and Facebook page of the guesthouse:The outdoor activities will take place in the mountainous area surrounding Vatra Dornei, in the Carpathian Mountains. 
HOW TO GET THERE:You will arrive to Cluj-Napoca (or simply Cluj, as most Romanians prefer to call it) at the Avram Iancu Airport (CLJ). It is the only airport in the city and the biggest one in Transylvania: http://airportcluj.ro/ From there we will provide a free private bus transfer for the group to the location and back, for this reason the teams hould arrive on 26th of May, max. at 18:00 in the evening.The departure to Cluj-Napoca will be on 6th of June around midnight, so make sure you have flights that leave on 7th of June at 6:00 a.m. the earliest, because we will travel through the night to reach Cluj-Napoca early on 7th of June.
